This Privacy and Security Statement outlines the
information Leverus may collect and how that information could be
used.

Leverus's corporate focus is to work with our partners
to protect and safeguard your personal information that might reside
on the Leverus network. Leverus respects the privacy of every individual
who visits our Web sites, responds to our interactive advertisements

Registration information
Access to the services of Leverus or our partners
might require registration information, contact information, demographic
information and other optional information. The individual registration
information of those clients will be kept confidential by Leverus
and the participant organization, where there is no pre-existing agreement
between a user of Leverus' web pages and a participant organization,
and will not be accessible by third parties without written consent.
Leverus or our partners will not send you unsolicited communication
(mail or e-mail) based on your disclosed personal information unless
there is consent or for administrative purposes relating to your account.
A client's e-mail is required to verify the identity of a user in
order to provide technical support such as password recovery. The
password is your unique identifer allowing you to access your customized
services. Demographic and profile data may be required by Leverus
or the NPO you are a member of for administrative purposes.
Note: Leverus is working with partners and affiliate organizations
that you already have a membership with or with whom you are interested
in obtaining membership. Leverus does not accept responsibility for
the actions and policies of third parties, either with regard to the
personal information you have provided to them, or which you authorize
Leverus to share with those organizations.
Collected information
Server logs
Leverus maintains server logs of accesses to its
sites and to partners sites as part of common Web standard practice.
These logs record information (e.g. numbers of users at any given
hour, most trafficked web page, IP addresses) that are used internally
to administer our sites, diagnose potential problems with the server,
and provide aggregate statistical analysis. All collected information
is used to benefit and serve you, our clients. Leverus reserves the
right to share aggregated information with third parties in which
case a client's personal information will not be disclosed.

may adversely affect your use of the Internet. Leverus service might
require you a choice of storing a cookie on your computer if you have

Part of Leverus' services might require the use

contact e-mail address. Leverus uses firewalls and other technologies

Leverus does not collect personal information on consumers without
their consent. Leverus keeps such information strictly confidential,

"need-to-know" basis.
